Directions

Making dough for Arabian Puff
Take a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, yeast, and salt and mix well after that Add oil and warm milk to it as required. Knead the mixture well with no lumps
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or dry muslin cloth. Let the dough rest well for an hour after one hour the dough is ready.

For filling
Cut the Chicken breast into small cubes after that take a pan, add oil and cook the chicken breast on medium flame and Add salt, paprika powder, red chili powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, black pepper powder, and mix well.
Next Step, Add little 2-3 spoons so that the spice doesn't get burnt. now add BBQ sauce and chili garlic sauce after that cover the lid and cook for at least 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked completely.

For assembling
Next in a bowl, put mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and vegetables and mix gently. Now the vegetable filling is ready. Make small balls of the rested dough and gently roll them to the shape of small round roti.
Take 2 spoons of vegetable filling and 2 spoons of Chicken filling to one side of the roti, and put some cheese on this. after that take the other side of the roti and cover this with the filled side forming a semi-circle.

Gently press the ends with a help of a fork to seal the puff. In a plate spread cornflour, roll the puff into the cornflour evenly on both sides.
In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them. Now dip the coated puff into these beaten eggs and roll it over the bread crumbs covering as much as possible.

For Frying
Take a wide pan and add oil to it. Heat the oil on a high flame. Once heated, put the puff into it and fry on both sides until it is golden brown.
Remove the puff from the oil when it is cooked properly. Take it out on a tissue paper and Serve this hot delicious crispy Arabian puff along with green chutney or ketchup or can be served as it is.

Do not skip the milk because adding milk softens the dough and you will get crisp puff.
