Preparation of Dough
In a bowl, put butter (or margarine), oil, full egg, whisk it well. Now add powdered sugar and vanilla, knead well. Once the ingredients are mixed well, add starch, baking powder, little flour, Turkish coffee, again knead the dough.
Add the remaining flour in batches, knead well. Add crushed walnuts, mix well to a soft consistency that do not stick to hands. The dough is now ready.

Preheat the oven at 180℃. Make small balls of the dough, place them on a baking paper on the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes.

While the cookies are in the oven baking, in a bowl, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
