- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 cup milk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Sugar
- 1 tsp kewra
- 3 tbsp Chopped pistachios
- 3 tbsp Tutti Frutti
Recipe Instructions: 1. First puree the ripe mango, to this pureed mango add milk and mix well. 2. In a pan, heat ghee, add semolina, mango-milk mixture, cardamom powder, and sugar. Mix well. 3. Turn off the flame and add kewra water. 4. Allow the mixture to cool and later transfer to a greased plate. 5. Wrap the cooled mixture around the skewers, top with tutti Frutti and pistachios. 6. Refrigerate for an hour and serve immediately.
