  • 1 onion, finely chopped.
  • ½ capsicum
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup corn
  • 100g paneer
  • Butter
  • 2-3 bread ( white bread or pav or pizza base)
  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp mix herbs
  • 2 tbsp Cheese Dip
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Jalapeno (optional)
  • Black olives (optional)

Recipe Instructions: 1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces. 2. Add ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 3. Cook them for a few minutes in a small pan. 4. Preheat the oven, and in a kulhad, layer the prepared pizza mix, cheese, oregano, and chilli flakes. Bake for around 5-10 minutes, and now the pizza in the kulhad is ready to serve.

Directions

Stuffing
Cut the bread slices into small pieces. Add capsicum, ¼ cup corn, finely chopped onion, tomato, and paneer in a bowl. Add salt, bread pieces, 3 tbsp pizza sauce, and 2 tsp cheese dip.
Mix well. Now add ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, and ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, and mix well, Stuffing is ready.

In a small pan, add 1 tsp butter, allow to melt, then add the above-prepared stuffing. Cook for 3 minutes and keep aside.

To make Kulhad pizza
Preheat the oven to 200°C for about 15-20 minutes. Take a kulhad, add the cooked filling up to half, and on top, add pizza sauce, and grated cheese.
Add one more layer of stuffing, sprinkle with chili flakes and oregano, and top with cheese. Put it in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts. Then take it out, and Kulhad Pizza is ready to eat.

Notes

Remove seeds from the tomato before adding
Spices can be adjusted as per the requirement.
Olives and jalapenos can be added to the recipe but they are optional.
