Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 kg Kadaknath Chicken
- 2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tsp oil
- Salt
- 5 tsp gunpowder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 9 seeds fenugreek
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp coconut paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

Recipe Instructions:
Kadaknath Chicken Curry Recipe:
- Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard, and fenugreek seeds. When mustard begins to splutter, add curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste. Once the ginger-garlic’s raw smell goes away, the next step is to add the onion.
- Now, to this base, add Kadaknath chicken with one cup of water and salt. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is almost cooked.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add tomato puree and season with gunpowder. Ground coconut paste is now added and cooked for about 8 minutes. Check the seasoning and salt. Simmer for a minute, and then serve with rice, chapati, or roti.
