- ½ kg medium piece mutton bone
- 15 onion (small shallot)
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 tomato finely chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 lemon
- 7 clove garlic
- 1 stick cinnamon
- ⅓ cup coconuts grated
- 2 clove
- 2 sprig curry leaves
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt
- 4 tsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1.5 tsp fennel seeds
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 cardamom
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp pepper corn
- 6-7 red chilli
- Water as required
Recipe Instructions: 1. Clean the Mutton pieces with bone marrow thoroughly in water after that Roast the masala ingredients in oil in a pan, and let it cool. 2. Prepare the ground masala in a mixer adding water and cooked masala ingredients. 3. In a pressure cooker, saute the onion, tomato, and spices in oil. 4. Add the cleaned mutton, and prepared masala, and give a stir. 5. Pressure cook for 5 whistles, and remove from heat. 6. Once the pressure goes down, squeeze lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
